Not Another Garbage Simulator

A whole city is buried under 118,000 pieces of rubbish. Clear it by hand, then buy the truck, then the roll-off, then the plant. Sort it properly for full pay. Nothing you clean ever comes back — the city stays clean, street by street, until it's yours again.
