Arresting the Beautiful Thief

A turn-based strategy game built on graph theory, with a visual-novel twist. Command two officers across neon night-city maps to corner six charming thieves. Catch them to unlock story scenes and ending CGs, then flip the board to play as the thief, or build your own levels in the editor.
