The Department of Traffic Safety Simulator

A 1-4 player physics-based traffic enforcement simulator. The city is broke and the council has a plan: tickets. Lots of tickets. Hand them out with spike strips, grappling hooks and orbital lasers, take down the bosses running each part of town, and keep the city one fine away from anarchy.
